PROJECT REQUIREMENTS ON CONSTRUCTIONWALA
WHAT ARE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS ?
When a Builder / Project Owner Needs Staff / Professionals / Architects / Consultants / Contractors / Material Suppliers etc. for a Construction Project, they Create a Project Requirement on Constructionwala. This Requirement Includes the Types for all or any One or Group from Above Enlisted Stake Holders (e.g., Technical/Non-Technical Staff, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Material Suppliers etc.), Along with Basic Project Details Like Type of Project, Construction Area, Location, Project Duration, Type of Work, and Deadlines etc. if Any.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK ?
- All Registered Members (According to their User Type) can View Matching Projects in their Dashboard
- If a Project Matches their Skill/Profile, they can Apply for the Project by Placing a Bid.
- When a Member Applies to a Project, One Bid is Deducted from their Wallet.
- Their Profile is Now Visible to the Builders /Project Owners for that Particular Project.
- Builder Receives a List of all /Assigned Members Who Applied for the Requirement.
- Builder can Review their Profiles, Work History, Verification Status and Skills etc.
- If the Builder Wants to Contact a Specific Applicant, they can Unlock the Contact Details.
- This Action Deducts One More Bid from the Builder’s Wallet.
- After that, the Builder can Directly Call or Message the Selected Member.
Important Rules
- Members must purchase Bid Tokens to apply for projects.
- If there are no Bid Tokens in the wallet, members cannot:
- Apply to a Project
- View Detailed Project Information
- Be Visible to Builders/Project Owners
- Builders/Project Owners also need Bid Tokens to unlock contact information of applicants.
