1. Acceptance of Terms

By Registering on Constructionwala.org, Using its Features, or Browsing the Site, You Agree to Comply with and Be Legally Bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You Must Be At Least 18 Years Old and Legally Eligible of Entering into a Binding Contract to Use Our Services. Organizations Registering Must be Legally Authorized.

3. User Types

Our Platform Caters to Different Types of Users:

• Builders/Project Owners
• Technical Staff
• Non-Technical Staff
• Contractors
• Material Suppliers
• Architects
• Consultants

Each User Must Register Under the Correct Category and Maintain Accurate Information in their Profile.

4. User Responsibility

• You are Responsible for the Accuracy and Authenticity of Your Profile Information.
• Users Must not Engage in Fraudulent, Misleading, or Harmful Activity.
• You are Solely Responsible for Maintaining the Confidentiality of Your Account Credentials.

5. Verification Type/Level

Constructionwala offers:

• Self Verification (Free): Basic & Limited Trust Score/Value
• Police Verification (Paid): Increased Trust Score/Value
• CW1 Verification (Paid): Good Trust Score (Higher Profile Visibility and Better Project Opportunity).
• CW2 / Third Party Verification (Paid):Excellent Trust Score (Very Good Visibility of your Profile).

The Platform Reserves the Right to Reject or Revoke Any Verification if False or Misleading Information is Found. If It is Observed /Found That Furnished Information in Above Verification Levels & Process, is Incorrect At Any Stage then the Respective Member will be Responsible for All Types of Consequences (Financial, Legal, Business Name /Fame Gets Affected) to Make Up the Losses.

6. Wallet & Bid System

• Users Must Purchase Bids to Apply for Projects or Unlock Contact Information.
• All Bid Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable.
• Misuse of the Bidding System May Lead to Account Suspension.

7. Project Requirements & Applications

• Builders Can Post Requirements for Staff, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, or Material Requirements.
• Only Verified and Eligible Members Can Apply.
• Constructionwala is Not Responsible for the Hiring Outcome Between Builders /Project Owners and Applicants.

8. Payments & Charges

• Some Services (like Verification, Bids) are Paid.
• All Payments made on the platform are Secure.
• No Refunds Unless Explicitly Stated.

9. Prohibited Activities

You Agree NOT TO:

• Use Fake or Stolen Identity
• Contact Users Outside the Platform to Avoid Charges
• Post Spam or Abusive Content or Fake requirements
• Violate Any Laws or Rights

10. Intellectual Property

All Logos, Designs, Text, and Content on Constructionwala are the Property of the Platform. Unauthorized Use, Copying, or Distribution is Strictly Prohibited.

11. Termination & Suspension

Constructionwala May Suspend or Terminate Your Account Without Prior Notice If:

• You Violate Terms
• Misuse the Platform
• Harm Community Reputation

12. Limitation of Liability

Constructionwala is a Service Intermediary and Does Not Guarantee Job Placement, Hiring, or Payment. Any Agreements Made Between Users are at their Own Risk.

13. Modification of Terms

We May Update these Terms & Conditions at Any Time. Continued use of the Platform after Updates Implies Acceptance of the New Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are Governed by the Laws of India. Any Disputes shall be Subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts in [Kota (Rajasthan), INDIA.
