We will visit the location site for in person inspection & conduct the audit. The building will be evaluated on enlisted check parameters mainly from structural stability point of view along with other parameters.

As per mutual discussion.
We will take the necessary data/design/drawings/design inputs from owner/client/stakeholder and study them for adequacy for stress analysis/redesign. And it will be checked for safe load taking/additional load taking capacity of the building. If required some tests will be advised to know the concrete strength of the existing structure. Which will be conducted separately at pre approved extra cost. A structural diagram as our out come of structural analysis along with design - development work in the form of working drawings will be submitted.

Complete structure stress analysis & comparing/evaluating against the test results or data made available by client & designing/redesigning of structure to ensure it\'s capability to take additional loading & accordingly issue of GFC drawings for execution at site with an approximate BOQ & suggesting the corrective measures, if needed.
